Everything was truly good, from the typical appetizer to the Carbonara with truffle, with crispy guanciale just right, and all gluten-free (packaged bread included)!! For me, celiac, who has difficulties finding someone who does real Roman cuisine that is not only good but also 'safe', this restaurant was a pleasant discovery. Of course, the 'glutinous' dishes were also excellent, according to my friends. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
