I Chimi is one of those small hidden gems in Val Varaita that no one expects. It's not an AIC-affiliated place, but it still manages to cater to those with celiac disease. In terms of quality-to-price ratio, the cuisine at I Chimi is outstanding, everything is very good and impressive. With a reservation, you won’t risk being left empty-handed. Very friendly and patient staff, welcoming environment, and impeccably clean services. 5 stars, not one less... If I were you, I would try it.
