I was at this place last night, the pizza was excellent, and it's worth noting that on the menu, in addition to gluten-free options, there is also an option for lactose-intolerant people. Definitely approved.

It is not in the AIC circuit, but it is gluten-free. They make pizzas, fried foods, first and second courses, all gluten-free. Very good, highly recommended.

We went to this place on a Sunday during peak lunch hours, and despite the high demand, they managed to find us a table in under 5 minutes. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are perfectly equipped for gluten-free options (fantastic pizza and bruschetta). The food is delicious. The venue is located in a cheerful square with excellent sun exposure. Great experience, I will gladly return.

I went there for lunch with my girlfriend on Sunday, and from the moment we arrived, they were kind and courteous, accommodating our request to have lunch outside in the sun. Since it was my first time, it was a pleasant surprise: excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, and a great location. They also offer various dishes for celiacs, all of excellent quality. I highly recommend it.

Large place, with the possibility to stay both indoors and outdoors. It is in a perfect location... on the seafront of Ostia. Very kind and helpful staff with both human and animal customers. The thought and gesture were much appreciated. The owner, also super nice and friendly. Good value for money. They offer both fish and meat menus, and all the food is good, both with and without gluten. Of course, we had carbonara and amatriciana... Top!! A place to return to... I would say more flavorful and satisfying!!

Passing through Ostia, searching for restaurants with gluten-free options, I had dinner here and enjoyed the pizza, just how I like it thin and crispy. Also worth trying are the gluten-free fried appetizers. The Bomber pizza is recommended. The atmosphere of the place is lovely with evening lights. Excellent service.

I have been to this place several times, where you can also enjoy gluten-free pizzas cooked in a wood oven. I have always been very satisfied. The other evening I returned with my friends and Gianluca, the owner, was very accommodating, as always, meeting my needs and those of my friends, with whom I shared a wonderful evening at the Gusto Glam restaurant. The staff was extremely kind and very quick. On other occasions, I have also had the chance to taste first and second courses of fish, cooked optimally and highly digestible. Excellent value for money. If you want to impress your friends, take them there and they will be grateful.

We went for the first time to eat a gluten-free pizza at this place and we were thrilled! Thin and crunchy crust, made with whole grain flours, all the toppings available for wheat pizzas are also available for us, and the attention to our needs is excellent. Gluten-free fried food is also available, which we didn't try this time. We will definitely be back!

A pleasant and delicious experience with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are very tasty with attention to detail that makes eating even more enjoyable. The gluten-free cuisine is excellent, with a focaccia that you want to lick your fingers. It’s also great for children, with truly exceptional off-menu requests! A big thank you to Gianluca who delighted us with his presence.
