Very characteristic Ristorante Tavola Calda of the Aeolian Islands located on the beach of Salina island. Traditional is the "pane cunzato," available in gluten-free version with a very soft and abundant base! Unfortunately, the stuffed squid is not available gluten-free as it contains breadcrumbs. Great for an Aeolian lunch on the beach!

Gluten-free options are available, including the traditional stuffed bread. Everything was delicious and the stuffed bread was really abundant. They were immediately very attentive and available to all our dietary needs (my mother, besides being celiac, is allergic to shellfish).
