Al Tramonto offers a beautiful view from a terrace by the sea of Acquacalda, where the sun sets in the evening over the island of Salina. There are some gluten-free options available, although unfortunately they are limited to pasta, excluding those with fried ingredients due to contamination. Unfortunately, there was no gluten-free bread or breadsticks available either. The appetizers are almost all gluten-free, among these I recommend the swordfish carpaccio which is delicious. As for the first courses, I tried a seafood pasta that I think is the best I have ever had, with a flavorful sauce and truly delicious seafood. Highly recommended for fish dishes!
