Very very good. The place is extremely well prepared. I'm clarifying a few things because the various menus on the internet were a bit confusing. They have a completely GF menu, then from the regular menu you can choose options without gluten (checking allergens). Finally, once you're there, they can tell you which dishes can be adapted to GF version. The cherry on top: they have rotating off-menu items, both savory and sweet. So if you're indecisive: don't be and go 🤣

The food is very good, they have a gluten-free menu. Even though they have only one kitchen, it is so large, with ample space for every cooking method, they are very attentive, I have never had any problems... Plus, they are the only ones in the area to offer both canederli and spätzle.

A welcoming and warm atmosphere, made even more pleasant by the wooden furnishings that add a touch of elegance and tradition. Magnificent window towards the mountain, while dining we saw 2 deer. The staff stands out for their kindness and professionalism, attentive to the needs of those with intolerances, allergies, or celiac disease: an aspect that is not taken for granted and deserves to be highlighted. The culinary offering is excellent: the marinated venison tartare is truly tasty, the barley risotto with mountain cheeses is rich and enveloping, the tagliatelle with venison ragu are rich in seasoning and very flavorful, while the pork ribs cooked at low temperature are tender and tasty. Even the plating is well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. A highly recommended place for those looking for a place to eat well, in tranquility, with attentive service and quality cuisine.
