FINALLY! We finally found a restaurant that makes fried food with rice flour, which not only makes it more digestible but also a truly amazing gluten-free version. Every single dish is an explosion of flavors; I recommend the scallop and shrimp saltimbocca with speck, provola, exotic fruits, and olive powder... a bomb! 🤤
