"My Heart - Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free Pizzas, Hamburgers, and Piadines" offers delights without gluten and lactose, with a particular focus on quality and food safety. The burger bread is especially appreciated and the staff is known for their kindness and preparedness.

The manager is incredibly kind and attentive! So many delicious gluten-free and lactose-free options, I can't wait to try the new restaurant My Heart 2 in the 22 Marzo area! Highly recommended!

I was passing through Milan from Sardinia, and having seen good reviews, I wanted to try the place. The menu offers various gluten-free options, including desserts. I personally tried the piadina with falafel, fries, arugula, tomato, and sauce, and I must say it was very good, soft, and quite large as well.

everything was delicious, especially the burger bun which is usually not that good

Excellent and varied food, also they are fast in service. I went for my birthday with my gluten-free girlfriend and a group of people without intolerances or dietary restrictions...everyone super happy and satisfied. The managers also wished me a happy birthday and celebrated with us. Super nice, kind, and thoughtful.

An excellent experience! A true guarantee for those who are celiac or intolerant, but it also wins over those who simply love to eat well. The menu is extensive and curated, with tasty dishes, well-presented and prepared with great attention to contamination. The quality of the raw materials and the passion in the kitchen are clearly perceived. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to explain every detail, making you feel safe and welcomed. Pleasant atmosphere; I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation!

I bought a gluten-free pizza because I am celiac, and I was told some things that are dangerously misleading: a celiac cannot die from gluten, whereas those who suffer from lactose intolerance can die. I was told they explained this in a course. Anyone who is celiac like me knows very well the seriousness of this information. I informed them that I bought a gluten-free pizza from them on Monday night and I have been feeling unwell until today, with various pains and diarrhea typically associated with this issue. They responded: well, if you want to report this, do you have the hospital documents that state you were unwell because of my pizza? Zero empathy with the customer, and I am sure that the Asian person on the phone who answered me is not very attentive to the rules or contamination issues.

I am celiac and this is one of my favorite places in Milan to eat gluten-free food (pizza, calzones, burgers, piadinas, etc.) in complete tranquility. Everyone is kind and friendly, George is a very generous and professional person who always makes us feel at home. They are AIC certified and really attentive to everything. I always recommend it.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at the restaurant on Via Plinio, with 12 girls all aged 14. The owner was extremely accommodating about everything: hours, spaces, they played their own music to celebrate during the cake time (allowing the girls to let loose a bit 🥳) and they also offered a Nutella pizza. At the time of payment, they even gifted us something else and gave us some cookies. The price was really fair and the food quality was good! The head waiter showed attention and kindness that are now rare to find. We felt warmly welcomed, and the girls had a very pleasant evening... a super successful birthday, thank you!!!! We chose this restaurant also because one of the guests is celiac and here she had the opportunity to choose everything without problems, with a very wide selection, including dessert. They are associated with AIC (Italian Celiac Association) which allows for a more peaceful and informed decision. A place to try 👍🏻

I had no desire to write a review, but I felt obligated for two reasons. Reason 1: the review from a coeliac who gives 2 stars without even trying the pizza based on other reviews; well, I am coeliac too and intensely symptomatic even from cross-contamination, plus I am lactose intolerant. No one forces us to try a pizza we do not trust, but one could have stopped at the judgment about the place being dirty since the gluten-free pizza wasn’t tried. I took the plunge the first time and I HAD NO SYMPTOM, the next day coincidentally I ordered again and STILL NO SYMPTOM; in fact, I even devoured a delicious calzone with dark chocolate. Reason 2: the kindness of the staff is something rare now. Even if I had been unwell (which did not happen), I’m sure that with such people there would have been a way to understand potential reasons and help them improve. They were very attentive to me, and it was clear they were well-informed and had 2 ovens, all things that pushed me to try it out. Additionally: we coeliacs still do not have the right to eat everywhere; many restaurateurs bounce us back because we are 'problematic' with the mindset: 'why should I do this, what if this person gets sick and I have problems?' This pizzeria is inexpensive, the pizza is delicious and (I) digested it in no time... then we shouldn’t complain if no one dares to feed us anymore... they are not obligated after all, in Milan, they still make money… For the pizza makers/delivery folks: everything was delicious! Thank you! Keep it up!!!

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. I am celiac and we were looking for a pizzeria where we could quickly eat two pizzas. The images seem to depict an ordinary pizzeria restaurant, but they do not reflect the reality of the place: it is a takeout pizzeria with tables outside set with paper tablecloths where others have already eaten. We are told to sit wherever we want. The approximate hygienic conditions make us lose the desire to eat there. We order takeout. On the way home with the pizzas, I stop to carefully read the reviews and see that several people have reported colic after eating. I didn't trust it and didn't eat my "gluten-free" pizza. My husband had his regular pizza and said it was good. I give two stars for the kindness of the owner who was really welcoming, but unfortunately, when it comes to food intolerances, one cannot take risks. I wouldn't wish a celiac colic even on my worst enemy. I am sorry.

Gluten-free and lactose-free pizzeria with a vast selection, there is also the possibility of regular doughs and cheeses. The staff is very friendly, extremely cordial, but especially attentive to understanding who has intolerances and which ones. There are also some desserts, always gluten-free and lactose-free: I had a tiramisu, but we were also offered a panzerotto with their homemade chocolate cream (lactose-free). An extremely pleasant experience, I will definitely return. [A rose is also a gift 🌹]

Excellent food, my gluten-free burger was fantastic!! And the fries were very crispy and good too. The piadina was also delicious. George was very kind and has a big heart ❤️ We are very happy and will definitely return here on our next visit to Milan.

Thin and excellent gluten-free pizza served by super helpful staff. A special mention to the very young and kind waitress. The place is small, but in the summer there is the possibility to sit outside (watch out for the mosquitoes!). We were twelve and everyone was happy. Everything we ate was delicious, from the pizza to the French fries. The final bill for the drinks was a bit strange. Prices are average. In the end, we will return to try the Nutella desserts too! 😋
