As someone who is lactose intolerant and vegan, sushi restaurants are difficult to frequent. The choice has always been limited, first due to the ubiquitous Philadelphia and then because of the scarce vegan options. NoriWay is a revelation: every uramaki we've tried has been exquisite. My companion doesn't follow a vegan diet, but he found the texture and taste comparable to those with animal proteins. The dishes were presented beautifully, both in terms of aesthetics and by the waiters who explained how they were made. We ate calmly and peacefully, and we felt very well taken care of.
