Finally, after a long time, we try this place. Very calm and clean, larger than expected with the option to sit outside. Two beers, a mixed appetizer, and a Tortello with 4 meats, mastro Tortello with butter and sage, very good, total 40 euros, I’d say adequate. The filled pasta is very similar to the Bolognese, and to say that means it was really tasty. Finding such a place in Milan is not to be taken for granted. The fried items are very good, clean oil, and friendly staff. A special compliment goes to Daniele and Vincenzo, very cheerful, productive, and ready to share technical information if you’re curious. The mix of fried dishes comes with a really pleasant gluten-free tartar sauce. Of course, they also sell artisanal pasta, currently only spaghetti, but who knows for the future. It is possible to purchase raw pasta packaged by them so you can have fun experimenting at home with a quality product.
