La Lanterna (gluten-free pizza) Trattoria Pizzeria offers a wide variety of soft and easily digestible pizzas, with gluten-free options prepared with great attention to contamination. The staff is kind and caring, and the welcoming atmosphere makes the dining experience enjoyable and relaxed. Recommended for the quality of the products and the excellent value for money.

I had dinner for the first time there on Friday evening. Good gluten-free pizza, prepared safely. The cutlery is brought wrapped separately and a basket with gluten-free crackers and breadsticks is provided. Gluten-free desserts are also available. The place is quiet and not very big. I would improve the service a bit...

I got the pizza to take away. Very good. Competitive prices. Definitely worth trying.

I tasted the pizza they call "Neapolitan" last night. Very soft and easily digestible with high edges, more similar to a focaccia, to put it simply. I appreciated the attention to cross-contamination given the pizza was cooked in a place different from the oven used for traditional pizzas, dedicated utensils and ingredients, but with a very wide selection! The owner was very kind and attentive to the gluten-free customer, working with AIC! Well done 👏 I will return to try the classic gluten-free pizza in the summer patio!

The best gluten-free pizza I've tasted so far, the ingredients are abundant, and they are very attentive to the service and personal contamination. Very friendly and kind staff, ample parking.

The lantern reflects what are, in general, the expectations for a welcoming place, with kind and ready staff and, above all, good food. Although I am not a fan of thin pizza, I found it excellent, rich in toppings and very tasty. Having a daughter with celiac disease, I found a special attention in the service. Highly recommended!

We went there last night for the first time and we will definitely return another time. Excellent pizzas with various doughs, wood-fired, and a wide selection of very appetizing flavors. The gluten-free pizza is superb; my daughter ranks it first compared to all the others she has tasted over time. The staff and owner are welcoming and friendly, the place is well-organized and very well-kept. Congratulations, keep it up. See you soon. Family Cavallo

Excellent pizzeria with a very varied and unique menu, great ingredients and a variety of flavors. I ordered a pizza with seasonal asparagus that was perfect, with excellent cooking and presentation. Good value for money.

We stopped on a Saturday evening on our way back from a trip outside the city. A nice and quiet place, suitable for families because you can talk without too much background noise, extremely kind staff. The gluten-free pizza is truly special, I recommend it to coeliacs in the area. We will definitely return.

Beautiful and good experience at this pizzeria. It was our first time, but needing gluten-free pizza, we went there. They are excellent and attentive for celiac customers, changing their cutlery and providing gluten-free breadsticks. Very well-prepared for food intolerances, a wide choice of special pizzas for everyone, with different doughs, very good gluten-free pizza (the 2 daughters confirm it). Delicious pizzas and excellent ingredients. Recommended. Friendly owners and a courteous, very welcoming staff. The environment is truly relaxing and quiet, without the frenzy of finishing and leaving, perfect for a pizza gathering with friends. We will definitely return. Keep it up.

Nice place, we ended up here with some friends for a pizza. The waitress stopped coming to take our order, and it wasn't lightning that made us the pizzas even though it wasn't full of people. The pizzas were slightly dry, my friend's diavola had burnt salami on it. Mine was good too, just a bit dry. Cover charge €2.50, table charge €3, pizzas all around €9-10-11, in line with today’s average.

Terrible raw materials, the worst pizza I've ever eaten, and the tomato was acidic. Despite having chosen them specifically for their "boasting" on their website about their pizza. I strongly advise against it.

Today at lunch, I accidentally ended up in this absolutely normal pizzeria in terms of location and decor. As for the gluten-free pizza, a vegetarian one with all fresh and genuine ingredients cooked to perfection, I would say it was delicious just like a normal traditional pizza. The only drawback is that it was too good! I need to talk to my nutritionist to get permission to have one every 15 days during my lunch break. You have to try it to believe it! I also thank you for the courtesy and kindness even at a peak hour. Goodbye, see you next time with a new flavor. Elisa Marras

Terrible experience. I was a victim of the "gourmet pinsa 4" dough with octopus that was practically raw and "doughy," of which I managed to eat less than half. According to the menu, it was supposed to be made with the touted "high and airy pinsa dough"... but the air pockets would have needed to be observed under a microscope to see them. I found nothing gourmet about this pizza, price aside. It probably happens when too much focus is on the various surcharges for different types of dough available instead of realizing how the pizzas actually come out at the table. In my opinion, I think it’s better to have one or two well-made doughs (it’s justifiable to have one dedicated to celiacs) rather than a plethora of poorly made options. I don't think I'll give a second chance.

Nice place, but in need of an update in decor. Good pizza both in the gluten-free dough version and the standard one. Good variety of choices. One notable point is that while the venue highlights that it offers gluten-free food, there are no gluten-free options in the breadbasket with breadsticks. Friendly and courteous staff.

I was looking for a pizzeria that offered gluten-free pizzas in my area. So far, there aren't many, but this type of dough makes any pizza digestible when paired with quality ingredients. At La Lanterna di Costabissara, I found all these elements thanks to a well-designed and user-friendly website that clearly presents the features of the restaurant along with an ease (which is not taken for granted) of booking. The result was enjoying a genuine product, living up to what was promised on the website (from which it is also possible to download the full menu in advance). The venue, also thanks to some functional and charming lamps, with a simple and captivating design that serve as small lanterns placed above the tables, offers an intimate atmosphere for couples looking to treat themselves to a perfect evening for two. The interior environment, spacious enough, still allows for gatherings of more people, groups of friends, and others. Last but not least, the courtesy and availability of the staff: I met the owner that very evening and I can say I noticed in him a deep passion for his work, along with complete transparency, professionalism, and competence. Absolutely recommended.

The food is very good, especially the homemade gnocchi from grandma, the meat, and their specialty cooked to perfection. The place is very welcoming. Rating 10/10

I would have gladly given more points and a more positive review, considering that coming from Monteviale, it felt almost like being at home... However, when I ordered a pizza to go that was listed at 8 euros, they charged me 9.50€ saying that I have a complimentary drink (so it's not really complimentary)... Okay, I overlook the decision made without proper specification in the menu given to me, and I drink it immediately while waiting for the pizza, but when I ask for a glass, they deny me saying that the drink is for takeout... It wouldn't have taken much to make a better impression!!!

Had lunch with a fixed-price menu... A bit higher than average at 12.50, and ate quite well.

Beautiful and well-kept place with outdoor space. The pizza is good, even the one with whole wheat dough. Very polite and helpful staff; service was a bit slow, but there were many people.

Great pizza and cuisine, especially the pizza which is unmatched. Clean, well-kept environment and top-notch service 👍.

Beautiful trattoria where you can enjoy excellent dishes both for the first and second courses, or you can also eat good pizzas with various doughs.
