A very particular place, you can pair the SG pasta with all the sauces on the menu, rich and tasty dishes!! The only downside is that you can't make a reservation and you have to wait outside for a table to become free.

In the picturesque square of Finalborgo, there is this little place, small but with many outdoor seats. You choose the type of pasta and then the sauce; prices vary, but the constant is that the dish is always plentiful! There is the option to have gluten-free pasta for celiacs.

During our vacation in Finale Ligure, we also had lunch at this restaurant and it was a fantastic choice! We were in a group, with one person who is celiac, and we were all extremely satisfied. The fresh pasta with pesto was really delicious, and the gluten-free version was also excellent, with perfect cooking. A special thank you to the waiter, who was very attentive to gluten-free options: he advised us clearly without the need to repeat every time. A rarity! The homemade desserts were the cherry on top: the panna cotta, the best I've ever had, and the gluten-free chocolate cake, very fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Outdoor lunch in the square. A wide variety of pasta literally available "with all the sauces." I had really good spaghetti allo scoglio, nicoise salad, and baby tomato pasta (a bit high on salt but delicious). TOP homemade desserts by the owner's mother (especially the gluten-free chocolate cake) that deserves at least the naming of a street in Finalborgo if not the square. Service a bit slow but friendly, internal space is dark, if possible it's better to have lunch in the square. Still recommended.

We found this place on Google and decided to try it, given the gluten-free options. Prices are reasonable and the dishes are flavorful. I would have liked to give a higher rating, but the service (especially at the adjacent table) left something to be desired. I think it’s a big mistake to rush customers out just because others are arriving (who were acquaintances, by the way). Overall, the service was somewhat detached, except for one staff member who made us feel better. I recommend it for the location and because the food is good at the right price, but a little more courtesy would be appreciated.
