Open for lunch on Saturday, even if Google says no. Great expertise and attention to gluten-free options. Packaged taralli and grissini plus toasted bread for celiacs, which accompanied an excellent platter of cured meats. Good selection of gluten-free appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. I had risotto alla pilotta with ribs, very tender and well-made, chocolate pudding, and spent less than we thought.

By chance, we ended up having a risotto alla pilota (very good with "puntel"). We discovered that they make gluten-free gnocco fritto. Exceptional and absolutely the same as the one with gluten. The price was 54 euros for two, with a plate of gnocco with cured meats, two risottos, two glasses of wine, and water. The menu includes complete allergen information.
