They are not informed about gluten free, but no condiment exposed on the counter contains gluten, they have a scoop for each container. I asked for information about the rice (they do not handle couscous) and it is simply boiled and seasoned with oil. The only source of gluten is some grains used as toppings which are kept closed in a container separate from the display. They have gluten-free soy sauce, all other sauces are in their bottles. I had a poke with white rice, edamame, salmon, and nori seaweed, I had no symptoms, so I believe I will return since there is little to nothing for us celiacs in Sanremo.
