It had been a while since I last visited this place, but I remembered their attention to intolerances. I returned for an aperitif and unfortunately didn't find that same attention. The menu includes options for gluten intolerant people, if someone wants to have dinner, like homemade fresh pasta, but for a quick aperitif, one ends up eating two slices of mortadella with a toothpick. Too bad.

We visited this place on two different Sundays, once for an aperitif and the other for dinner, and we had a really great time. The venue is simple and well-kept, and offers many options, especially gluten free! Being celiac, I really appreciated the variety and quality, which is by no means taken for granted. In particular, the pizzini (Marcello’s) that we had a second round of, and the baci di dama were really good. We needed a place like this in Castiglione, I highly recommend it. We will gladly return!

A welcome that leaves a mark. After a walk by the lake, we chose to have dinner at CONCRETO… It was an excellent choice! The menu is varied and offers options suitable for every dietary requirement: gluten-free, lactose-free, and veggie options. We ordered two hamburgers: the horse meat was of excellent quality and the buns were distinguished by their originality. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere, compliments to the team. We will definitely return :)

Everything was exceptional, very friendly staff and well-kept location. We tried the horse meat tartare and the hamburger made with horse meat, both very good. Balanced flavors. Their appetizers are definitely worth trying; I really enjoyed the fried cauliflower. Many dishes are gluten-free, but upon request, you can ask for any dish to be made gluten-free.

The place is super cute both in its decor and details, although small, it's well organized in terms of space. The atmosphere inside is indeed calm and pleasant. The menu features culinary delights with fantastic horse meat: the hamburger I tried is definitely top quality. The Gluten Free options are also highly appreciated (FYI: the staff girl, very kind, mentioned that the GF bun might be smaller -something that had been pointed out in a previous review-. However, the bun was actually of standard size, delicious and nothing to envy compared to its gluten counterpart. No worries!) There are also vegetarian options and tempting shareable snacks. The staff is friendly, smiling, and nice. The quality-price ratio is very good. It's worth trying out and going back. Highly recommended!

No comment. I believe calling it a gluten-free hamburger is too BIG/ABUNDANT. How is it possible to serve something like this? To respond to the requested clarification, I add below the reason for my discontent. I am referring to the quantity/size of the gluten-free hamburger, less than half compared to the traditional one, not to the quality or taste, which is undeniable. I had already come to you for dinner and returned because I had a good experience; the gluten-free hamburger I had last time was no different from a regular one, but last night I was served the baby hamburger you see in the photo, and honestly, the situation seemed absurd to me. I can understand that you did not have a regular-sized hamburger bun available, but you could have compensated by bringing two baby ones. That's all.
