For now, one of my favorite gluten-free pizzas! The fried food is also delicious!

I took two pizzas, one traditional and one gluten-free, from the pizzeria Al Ponte. Unfortunately, they were not good: both were burnt underneath and the speck was inedible, too hard. Moreover, I find it quite expensive compared to the quality offered. Overall, a negative experience.

Last night (Saturday) we went to this pizzeria. I preface that on Thursday I called to make a reservation and was told that they had no tables for two, but that one would be free in 10/15 minutes. We arrived, waited 15 minutes, and were seated. A waitress came to take our order (one gluten-free pizza and one regular), and we jokingly told her to be patient because we needed to make some changes to the pizzas. She took the order, and after waiting for an hour, the wrong gluten-free pizza arrived (with walnuts that my husband had asked to be removed). So we told the waitress that it was wrong, and she visibly flustered, took the pizza away. The correct one arrived 10 minutes later but without gorgonzola, which was fine. When we reached the cash register, we pointed out that the second one was also wrong, and the owner confronted us, saying we had treated the girls poorly and made one of them cry. I saw the girl, stopped her in front of the owner, and asked for an explanation. She said it seemed like we had responded rudely, then added that she probably had a bad day herself. The owner stood there with an arrogant and dismissive smile, handing us the receipt, saying she hadnβt witnessed the incident so she didn't know... We have never been treated like two rude people in a restaurant, especially since my husband was a waiter for 15 years and I have been a shop assistant for 10, and we know how hard it is to work with people. We absolutely will not return to a place where we are treated so poorly. And because of this arrogance towards us, I don't feel like recommending this place to anyone. We were really disappointed..
