Good, the only flaw was the slow service at lunch.

The breaded cutlet is presented very well on the plate, the type of breading is very crispy, it seems to be suitable for celiacs as well, but personally I find it too thick.

Great attention in the preparation processes and many delicious Gluten Free dishes. Incredible venue and service, highly recommended!
