Good food in the center of Bressanone. Information on gluten-free options, they do not have a separate kitchen but options for intolerances. They have gluten-free pasta. I found a 100% vegan and gluten-free dish as a starter. The pizzas only contain gluten. Some waiters are more attentive than others to intolerances.

Our experience was extremely unpleasant, to the point of leaving us humiliated and deeply offended. During the visit, one waitress in particular was incredibly rude, arrogant, and – what’s even worse – openly racist. As soon as we arrived, our group was treated with condescension, ignored for a long time despite the fact that the place was not full. When she finally spoke to us, her tone was disdainful and sarcastic, as if our presence were a nuisance. During the service, she made offensive comments, looking down on us and addressing us in a manifestly discriminatory manner compared to other customers. The moment we politely pointed out her unacceptable behavior, the waitress raised her voice in front of the whole venue, embarrassing us and drawing general attention. Not only did she not apologize, but she escalated the situation with even ruder behavior. What hurts the most is the indifference of the management: no one intervened to apologize or to correct the situation. In an age when respect and inclusivity should be the foundation of any public business, such behavior is intolerable. We will never return and invite anyone who cares about the respect for human dignity to avoid this restaurant.
