I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time it was warranted... Tonight I ordered two takeout pucce, one gluten-free, and a portion of potato dippers. What to say, my puccia looked like a McDonald's sandwich with a miserable hamburger inside, when the menu stated it was 250g. 15€ for that is really exorbitant. My girlfriend's gluten-free puccia was burnt everywhere and essentially empty; besides the hamburger, it was only filled with sauces. Moreover, she felt ill shortly after, surely due to contamination. That puccia also cost 15€ along with her illness. To finish, the dippers at the modest price of 5€, when at all other places they are included with the sandwich. However, I emphasize that it was our choice to add them, at least we filled the puccia. At least seeing the burnt puccia in the photo, knowing about our delay in taking the takeout reservation, and given the price, they could have easily fixed it by remaking it, but nothing was done... We certainly will not return. Attached are the photo and receipt.
