The pizza is not bad, but once by mistake they brought me a regular pizza. Luckily I noticed right away. I still gave it a second chance.

Excellent gluten-free pizza! The only downside was that they had nothing sweet except for lemon sorbet or fiordilatte. Friendly and helpful staff.

TARANTO, Pizzeria L'infornata. AIC certified. I recommend for the quality of the pizza and excellent, accurate service. Besides pizza, there are other options available from the menu. Prices are perfectly average, with no extra charge for gluten-free! Highly recommend đź’•

I tried the pizza with a white base, sausages, and fries, it was really good!

Known thanks to a friend, a cozy, clean place with friendly and very helpful staff. We were a nice group of friends, and we had a great time. Every request was met, whether someone ordered lactose-free pizza, gluten-free, with whole grain dough, or regular. Crispy pizzas with a thin and stuffed crust, topped with high-quality ingredients. My Agerola1 was a real bomb! All excellent; we couldn't manage dessert because we were really full. The waiting times were negligible. It was a great experience. They deserve a solid 10 and praise.

I wanted to eat the pizza from this pizzeria since it was in Monteiasi. Delicious pizzas, unique, quality ingredients, innovation. Gluten-free pizza and a crispy multi-grain dough. Speed and friendliness. Reasonable prices.

TASTE, QUALITY, AND PROFESSIONALISM. I believe my experience in this pizzeria can be summed up with these three words. 1) TASTE: fantastic pizzas, refined flavors, and perfect combinations. There’s truly something for everyone; I would dare to say that it's impossible to leave unhappy with a menu this varied. 2) QUALITY: there’s really nothing to say, top-quality raw materials, from the flour to the toppings. They create a final product with a light and easily digestible dough that pairs beautifully with the carefully selected toppings for a nearly perfect pizza. 3) PROFESSIONALISM: that of Christian, the owner whom I had the pleasure of meeting, who, like a good host, welcomes you into his establishment to ensure you have the best experience possible. Returning to the offer, you can also choose from different types of dough, and you’ll have the chance to stuff the pizza crust (an option that is now hard to find in other similar places). The venue is super well-kept, in a minimal but cozy style. There’s parking available nearby. It’s really hard to find a flaw in this pizzeria, especially considering the economic aspect, because you can enjoy an excellent pizza without spending a fortune. For the most indulgent, this pizzeria offers a pizza tour option, allowing you to try different flavors at an affordable price (note of merit: you can exclude from the selection foods you don’t like or cannot eat due to allergies/intolerances). P.S. if you come across reviews from some pizza fanatic who thinks it shouldn’t be considered pizza because it's baked in an electric oven and not a wood-fired one, don’t pay too much attention to it; they probably don’t even have the judgment capability to assess such pizza. Highly recommended!
