For me, it has become a point of reference since I became celiac and lactose intolerant. The girls are very kind and always willing to let you taste something new and gluten-free that they prepare on the spot or just for sampling before you decide. It's not something everyone does, that's for sure. The fresh pastries from the weekend are always excellent.

Exceptional pastry shop, especially for gluten-free options. Service is always courteous and prompt. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the summer. Unfortunately, breakfast can only be eaten inside at the counter.

Despite being our reference point for intolerances for years, the service is not the best... this is not the first time I find myself ordering a cake and receiving one that is almost 2kg heavier with a significant price, and they don’t even admit the mistake... furthermore, as always, cakes without any decoration. A mistake is allowed once, but then it becomes a habit and a mockery.

ATTENTION TO CELIACS AND VARIOUS INTOLERANCES I ordered the cake for my birthday from them and I was very satisfied due to the attention and care (and also respect) given to various intolerances including gluten and lactose. The quality was felt in the truest sense of the word. The cake was delicious and beautiful to see. I will certainly return for the next event. Thank you again for all the patience received. 💓

Great selection of products for celiacs. Excellent products that I was able to try personally, even though I am not celiac, but I hosted a celiac who went "crazy" for every single product tasted. Clearly, there are also products for non-celiacs that are just as good. Better not to enter this café/pastry shop, otherwise you'll have to face the scale, especially if, like me, you can't resist sweet temptations! 😂😂😂

I give it three stars only because when we arrived there was nothing gluten-free left, despite being assured just before that there were pastries. We were very disappointed because we went all the way there for that, and in the end had to settle. Nevertheless, my regular pastry and my companion's gluten-free pasticciotto were really good.

I was there last week, but at 10:30 they had nothing to eat, empty showcases. When I asked if they had pastries/brioche/croissants, I was told that everything was finished. I will come back, maybe it was a special day. I returned today and found and tried the pastries; I must say they are really good... and I increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars.... IF I MAY SUGGEST TO THE OWNERS, PLEASE INCREASE THE ASSORTMENT OF SWEETS AND CROISSANTS BY FILLING THE SHOWCASES, AND IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD HIGHLIGHT THE EXTERIOR WITH ADVERTISING THAT YOU ALSO OFFER GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS WITH A WIDE ASSORTMENT... I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AND I RECOMMEND TO THOSE WHO READ THIS REVIEW TO GO TRY THE SWEETS, CROISSANTS, AND CAKES TOO.

Being gluten-intolerant and allergic to cow's milk and its derivatives, my children and I asked around and a friend told us that the lady made gluten-free bread and pastries without dairy products. At first, the owner assured us that she made the mix herself without buying it, but when I went to pick up the 9 rolls with the necessary explanations of what they shouldn’t contain, I discovered 3 packets of supermarket bread mix (2 Pedon and 1 Schar) on the counter. I paid for the bread, but apart from having made my husband eat it, I never went back. You don't play with people's health. Not recommended.

Ordered a cake to gift for a marine graduation... gluten-free cake. The decoration was not as requested and neither was the filling... Nutella and pistachio were requested but only one was present inside, which was neither one nor the other... once cut, the "real" part was very thin... I'm sorry because it was requested by a celiac friend from Livorno, as she had researched gluten-free pastry shops, but everyone was very disappointed, including us who gifted it.

One of the best pastry shops in the area for the quality of the products offered and the kindness of all the staff. Mrs. Chiara, the owner, is a special person both personally and professionally. They offer desserts for celiacs, kept well separated from the normal pastries and always served with special tongs that are not contaminated by non-celiac desserts. The pastries are always freshly prepared.
