Nice discovery in San Felice Circeo, finally a pastry shop and café with artisanal croissants "made by them" also gluten-free. I tried the croissant for breakfast (prepared separately in their workshop) and it is very good, both plain and filled with all their types of creams (of course gluten-free). Thank you for your commitment, and considering that you are currently the only gluten-free reference pastry shop in San Felice, it would definitely be highly appreciated to gradually implement your selection of gluten-free counter sweets.

A wonderful discovery in San Felice Circeo, finally a pastry shop and café with artisanal sweets, including gluten-free options. I tried the croissant for breakfast (prepared on the spot separately in their lab) and it’s delicious, both plain and filled with all their types of creams (obviously gluten-free). What can I say? Congratulations, and keep it up since you are the only gluten-free reference pastry shop in San Felice. After repeated negative experiences, I am forced to add the following correction to my previous review and rating: the table service for breakfast is systematically disorganized and extremely slow (inexplicably even when there are few customers, who often impatiently leave without having breakfast). Unfortunately, this aspect, of considerable importance, continues to be completely neglected by those who manage the business. It is a real shame not to remedy this.
