Great experience. The cuisine is of high quality, attentive to details and with very interesting combinations. The level is really high, close to that of starred restaurants, but with a simpler and more pleasant atmosphere. I am celiac and I greatly appreciated their willingness to offer gluten-free variations even without notice. If notified in advance, they even prepare specific products to minimize the differences compared to traditional dishes.
