I really appreciated the possibility of finding such a delicious gluten-free option, perfect for treating oneself to something different during a day in Vieste. One note: there is a surcharge for gluten-free, but considering the portions and quality, the prices are still relatively good. The gf pizza dough was crunchy and well cooked, but…sooi salty and full of oil. Had to struggle to finish it. The standard pizzas, my family could not finish one, all of them were really salty, impossible ro eat them all.

I went to this pizzeria at the end of June with my family; only I have celiac disease, and we all ate very well. I had the pizza, and it was very good and well-cooked. The only downside was the surcharge of 3 euros for the gluten-free option. However, I would go back.

We were there last night, the pizza dough is excellent, baked evenly and not just along the edges as often happens. We will definitely go back. For us, it's okay.

unfortunately it went badly... we were here while we were on vacation at the end of June. To a specific question, they assured us of the dedicated oven for gluten-free pizzas, but the management of the orders suggested that it was either not being used or was alternated with regular orders. Result: my wife experienced discomfort from contamination. Good offer, friendly and kind staff, but we noticed little attention in the service.

Paradise for celiacs... the entire "normal" menu is also available gluten-free. Welcoming place, quick service, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
