the gluten-free paposcia is very good, really excellent, unfortunately the only downside is the price and that they don't offer takeout, they did me a favor and let us take it out, but the paposcia costs 13/15 euros, a bit too much, still good though

unfortunately it went badly... we were here while we were on vacation at the end of June. To a specific question, they assured us of the dedicated oven for gluten-free pizzas, but the management of the orders suggested that it was either not being used or was alternated with regular orders. Result: my wife experienced discomfort from contamination. Good offer, friendly and kind staff, but we noticed little attention in the service.

Paradise for celiacs... the entire "normal" menu is also available gluten-free. Welcoming place, quick service, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We went to Big Boy three times during our stay in Vieste. I should mention that I am allergic to wheat and dairy proteins. For celiac, intolerant, or allergic individuals, everything is prepared in a separate kitchen to avoid any contamination. Additionally, the owner allowed me to bring my gluten-free vegan cheese. Both my boyfriend (who has no allergies) and I ate paposcie made with quality ingredients and a very good dough. Considering that I am very sensitive to traces of the previously mentioned allergens, I can say that I never had any symptoms, indicating the professionalism with which they work. One suggestion: with prior notice, it would be nice to have the option to include gluten-free vegan cheese for those allergic to dairy proteins, as there are many of us. The two owners are very helpful and kind. Thank you very much, see you next time!

Last night I made a great discovery in Vieste 😊! My family and I had dinner at this pizzeria in the center with outdoor tables, and everything was delicious! The coolest thing is that they have gluten-free pizza on the menu - we chose it for this reason and didn’t regret it at all! From the first phone contact to ask for info, to the final bill, the owner was super friendly and always smiling 😊. He made us feel really comfortable! The pizzas were delicious and well-topped, but above all, the gluten-free pizza was one of the best I’ve ever eaten! And the best part is that the gluten-free menu is identical to the regular one - a complete bonus! 👍

Great gluten-free pizzeria.... Excellent staff: cheerful, welcoming, and accommodating to customer needs. Gluten-free pizza made by the pizzaiolo filled with great ingredients. My husband and I were surprised by the price: definitely lower than our expectations! I highly recommend it!!!

Excellent pizza and pastries. Well-leavened, light dough. Courteous staff paying attention to details: they even asked us what music we preferred; and whether they could cut the pizza into wedges for the kids. My son had only read aloud "gluten-free pizza" but without requesting it, and they checked multiple times that no one needed gluten-free pizza. A charming feature of the place is that it has three non-communicating rooms located in different but adjacent buildings. It's practically a three-room apartment 😄 Highly recommended
