Proposal for gluten-free tigelle, heated and served closed, to be paired with a platter of cold cuts or salad. There is a risk of contamination for cold cuts and salads. The staff is very friendly, and in our case, they allowed an affordable meal outside the home, being aware of the contamination risk.
