This place was a pleasant discovery; most of the menu is gluten-free, and even without a separate kitchen, they are very attentive to avoiding contamination. Good food and delicious offerings. The staff is courteous and very attentive to various dietary needs.

Exceptional experience, we have been there twice within 4 days, first to celebrate our wedding anniversary, then to bring our parents since they heard a lot of good things about it, also because it's impossible to speak badly about Provalo. Friendly staff, always smiling and never a word out of place, the main waiter, who takes the orders, is not only very friendly, pleasant, and helpful, but he describes the dishes in such detailed and excited ways that you can tell he feels they are truly his and he loves them. Of course, if you go to Provalo it's not just for the staff; the FOOD is nothing short of fantastic, with many beautiful delicacies that you would return every day just to try them all. Moreover, there are also several GLUTEN-FREE dishes, and the main waiter immediately made it clear that they do not have a double kitchen, but that the area where they cook GLUTEN-FREE has no contamination with gluten dishes. Another very positive note is that the place was completely packed, but the waiting time was practically zero; they were super quick. I can only recommend it to everyone and we will definitely see each other soon, very likely on Ferragosto, as they are open that day as well and do not offer a special menu, but everything is à la carte like a normal weekday.

This restaurant really impressed me! I didn't expect such excellent food quality at all! I have always walked past this restaurant (a bit hidden) but never thought of actually eating there. Additionally, the staff was very attentive to my dietary needs; I am celiac and they offered different types of bruschetta, as for the skewers, almost all are gluten-free except for the chicken and the Apulian bombette. I am truly satisfied and for the first time, I didn't feel like the celiac at the table! P.S. They also have gluten-free dessert options! 5 stars are not enough! 10 points to Gryffindor!!!!🤩🤩
