Potato chips as an amazing appetizer. Neapolitan-style pizza with fried potatoes on top is a fairy tale... a bit heavy if you're not used to it (like me), but you can take it home, and it's even better! Definitely a place to return to.

Discovered by chance thanks to reviews, the venue is small but recently renovated. The staff is very courteous. You order at the counter, receive a timer, and take your drinks independently. They also offer takeout, but dining in requires a reservation. Suitable for celiacs. The pizza is exceptional. I tried the Neapolitan dough: light, perfectly risen, and digestible (no heaviness after dinner). For those who prefer a crunchier and toastier texture, the pala version is also available (the 4 is very good!). The quality of the ingredients is high, and you can taste it from the first bite (the 24-month aged ham is excellent). Creative menu for the recommended gourmet pizzas: the combinations play on bold but balanced contrasts, like pumpkin and amaretto or fig jam and radicchio. The bill is in line with the offering (around 15-20€ per person).

Nice place, it doesn’t look like a takeaway pizzeria. Very good and digestible pizza on a tray. It’s also a gluten-free pizzeria; in fact, I came specifically because it was recommended to me. There aren’t many places as good as this because the pizza is artisanal and not frozen like in other places. They have separate ovens and lines, a rarity. High quality and fair prices. Very knowledgeable staff and the girl at the cash register is very friendly. On weekends, it’s advisable to call ahead to book.
