Having been visiting Bordighera annually, I can say that the Reserve is a superb stop for those seeking gluten-free options. Although it is not an AIC local, they are very attentive and willing to ensure gluten-free options with the utmost care. I am celiac, and this is the only place where I can eat safely and taste Ligurian specialties (from pasta with fish sauces to fried dishes). They also provide a gluten-free option for dessert.
