Incredible food truck with a vast selection of gluten-free options. From savory: with stuffed sandwiches, focaccia, and pizzas, to sweet: with their own homemade cakes and cookies. Being able to eat a rustic sandwich with Tuscan salami and cheese by the sea was precious!

A restaurant located in the pine forest of Marina di Alberese, just a few meters from the sea. They serve truly excellent artisanal products, made from high-quality raw materials mostly sourced from the Maremma area. We chose this place for their Gluten-Free offerings (they are AIC certified and the owners are celiacs) and we were not disappointed. One of the two trucks present handles all gluten-free products (just be careful because there are also pastries and donuts with gluten, which are separated from the rest under glass domes indicating the presence of GLUTEN to avoid contamination). For breakfast, there are various cakes/tarts produced in their dedicated laboratory; the Frangipane and chocolate brownies (appreciated by our little celiac) are very good. For lunch and dinner, you can choose between various sandwiches (only the SG burger needs to be reserved in the morning). The gluten-free bread they make is one of the best I have ever tasted. A nice initiative is the beach pizza at sunset (also gluten-free); just order it in the morning, decide on the delivery time, and they will bring it directly to you by the sea. For the adults, it's worth mentioning the very good coffee and the presence of numerous gluten-free craft beers. The service is precise and very friendly.

Food trucks immersed in the Maremma park at the entrance of the beach of Marina di Alberese. Informed AIC activity, the owners are celiac. They offer sandwiches, desserts, pizzas all made with their own doughs, both with and without gluten. In addition to fruit salads, slushies, classic snacks, ice creams, and chilled drinks. The gluten-free doughs are delicious. We had cakes, sandwiches, and gluten-free pizza at sunset for our celiac daughter, and everything was amazing. Besides the joy of finding gluten-free food in an unusual place, there's the satisfaction of eating truly well. You can taste fresh and high-quality ingredients. The coffee is excellent. For adults, there are good craft beers with and without gluten. The hamburgers, both with and without gluten, need to be reserved in the morning for lunch. One of the trucks is dedicated to gluten-free options, but you always need to be careful and ask because there are brioche and donuts with gluten in closed trays isolated from the rest. There is no extra charge for gluten-free dishes. The staff is kind and attentive.
