The formula "fish market with a kitchen" is very original (although at first it’s a bit startling to have to choose what to eat even before sitting at the table). Not all dishes are available gluten-free, but upon request, it’s possible to get gluten-free linguine for the first courses, which are of course cooked separately (last time, however, I found them a bit too al dente). The prices aren’t exactly modest, but for very fresh fish, it’s worth it.
