This could have easily merited a 5, as the decor and atmosphere is fabulous, the ingredients for the plant based breakfast were of excellent quality but it was all served luke warm! Also the server went off to get a gluten free menu and didn't come back, and my friend asked for no tomatoes or mushrooms and to replace with an extra halloumi slice, which they agreed was fine, and no extra halloumi, and left the mushrooms on, tea was also luke warm, and we had no time to query it as somewhere to be. Such a shame as it had the potential to be one of the best breakfasts I've had.

What a lovely place for a laid back brick/ lunch with the family n the dog! Wimbledon rocks n so do Bills pancakes including gluten free n veggie menus. Great service from Scarlett - the ever smiling (despite the busy buzzing rush) - and the attention to allergies n intolerant. Woohoo!

As always, we had the most fabulous time at Bill’s Wimbledon. Niki was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. As a coeliac, eating out can sometimes feel stressful, but Niki always goes above and beyond to make sure my meals are completely gluten free and that I feel comfortable and looked after. It genuinely makes such a difference. We recently came in to celebrate my partner’s birthday and were treated so well — it made the whole evening feel really special. All of the staff at Bill’s Wimbledon are consistently friendly, accommodating, and welcoming — and they’re always so lovely to our dog, Albi too! The food is always fantastic and we genuinely love coming back. Thank you again for another lovely experience — and a special thank you to Niki! We’ll be back soon

We entered the store and were not asked if we had any allergies at the door. I have coeliac disease so i asked for a gluten free menu. We used the toilet facilities as there was no hot water coming out of the taps in the bathroom. It was cold in the restaurant and my mum was sitting there in her coat. When the food came out the roll from the normal burger was stale, so she had to call over a member of staff and they were asked if they could have another roll which we never received and she ate just the meat and the salad. When our plates were taken away from the table that she mentioned that she was still waiting on the roll for her burger. The staff were not attentive and never asked during the meal whether everything was good (it wasnt anyway). The gentleman said she could have one free dessert because of the burger issue.

We came here for a christmas dinner and had an amazing experience. The christmas decorations were lovely, the staff (Charlotte?) were super friendly and helpful, and the food was brilliant. They handled allergens effortlessly, with plenty of choice for gluten free. Thoroughly recommend.
