I advise against it for those with celiac disease. It's a rough system; I believe they cook everything in the same fryer, where they put clean oil, and I've only seen one pizza oven. The answers are not from a well-informed person.

5 stars for everything: service, food, cleanliness, friendliness. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young, dynamic, very friendly and polite waiter who recommended excellent pizzas. We were a group of 5 friends, all satisfied. The yeast-free pizza was excellent; I recommend it to anyone like me with an intolerance to brewer's yeast. The others had pizza with spelt and kamut dough and were also satisfied. One of us had fried fish, which was exquisite. The dessert was delicious. Congratulations really for everything.
