For charity... the sandwich was really very good, but before eating it I had to ask them to be careful about contamination, because they first told me it was risky, and also had to endure the classic question "What level of celiac disease do you have?" Fortunately, I didn't get sick, but I wouldn't recommend it to those with celiac disease.

The gluten-free sandwich option is suitable only for intolerant individuals, not for celiacs. For this reason, the available menu drastically reduces. It is important to repeatedly emphasize the need to signal celiac disease in the kitchen and to verify that all ingredients, even in dishes that appear gluten-free, are indeed safe. There were six of us; I ordered octopus because it seemed the safest option. Five sandwiches arrived, but they had lost my order (thankfully, they were supposed to check in the kitchen if it was a safe dish!). The moral of the story is that I ate when everyone else had already finished.
