Celiacs, DANGER, guaranteed intoxication. When going to eat today and requesting the menu for celiacs, they ask us how celiac the celiac person is since they have mixed the oil, but not much... . 2026 and still asking in hospitality how celiac a person is... Celiachia is a disease, not a whim, personnel must be trained to ensure the safety of consumers. Celiac disease, celiac, wheat, allergy, intoxication.

I went to buy food for my family and ordered a gluten-free hamburger. When I got home and opened the package, I saw that nothing was labeled "gluten-free" and I called to ask which hamburger was gluten-free, and they told me that both had gluten and that they made a mistake. I asked how they could fix it, and they told me to come to the location to pick up a gluten-free hamburger. I said I wouldn't do that, and they told me to call back in 10 minutes for a solution. They see everything wrong because the mistake is theirs, and at all times they look for me to solve it. After calling a second time, they told me that if I wanted a refund, I had to go in to get it back and I explained that it’s not just that; I could have ended up in the emergency room if I had eaten that hamburger and they need to be careful. It’s the worst customer service in history. I don’t remember the name of the guy who attended to me, but it’s a shame that because of him they lost 4 customers.

Disastrous attention to intolerances and allergies. We called before ordering to confirm that we could place an order and to have an ingredient removed, as there was an allergy. They told us it was no problem, we ordered, and then called back to reconfirm with them and to have them be careful. When the order arrived, they had disregarded our request, and the hamburger had the ingredient that caused the allergy. We called to complain, and their only response was, "it slipped our mind." A disgraceful service. We will not order again.

I came to this hamburger restaurant making sure they sold gluten-free products since I am celiac, and at the moment the waitress took our order, she told me they did not have gluten-free bread, so I ended up without eating. I find this situation unacceptable, and the waitress did not provide me with any solution.

I can't eat here because it has gluten, but the atmosphere is awesome, and you can have a coke. For people that can eat gluten, the best hamburgers in Madrid !!!!
