Food and hospitality are excellent for both celiacs and non-celiacs, with fresh homemade pasta, delicious gnocchi both with and without gluten, and I recommend the rabbit with their ground polenta. You will leave satisfied!!! Not to be missed.

I evaluate the restaurant, not the rooms; I only ate. Remote location, in the true sense of the word (not even Wi-Fi). Except for bottled wines, all the products are their own production, which is a synonym of quality and genuineness. Special attention is given to celiacs, using gluten-free ingredients, since some staff members are also celiac. There’s a possibility to taste and buy jams and other products on-site, all made by them. I tried the Valentine’s Day menu: Còtole (ravioli) with cow cheese, rabbit in cocoa sauce (their specialty), and apple pie with orange peel and carrots for dessert. A quarter of house Merlot (excellent). Coffee and pine liqueur offered. Everything was good and in adequate portions. The final bill was 40 euros. A great experience. I reiterate: the quality of the raw materials really stands out. I thank you and there will be new opportunities. P.S. Just a small suggestion: a displayed price list would be helpful to get an idea of the costs and possibly decide accordingly. Regards. 🙂

I was in the Pasubio area on vacation with friends and, driven by the excellent reviews, we came here for dinner after visiting the 52 galleries. As a celiac, it was a paradise! 90% of their menu is gluten-free; they produce milk, cheese, and meats as they are a farm located in a small village just outside Arsiero, surrounded by greenery. They truly care about their work, which alone deserves a visit. The place is small but very well-kept, warm, and makes you feel at home. Excellent service and very high-quality raw materials for an almost too honest price-to-quality ratio. The gnocchi were delicious, and the desserts made by them were sensational. They brought me warm bread with oil produced by them. We all ate wonderfully, so it's highly recommended, even for non-celiacs.

Great gluten-free kitchen. What these guys have done is really beautiful! They cook the foods from their agriturismo and have beautiful, new, and clean rooms. Excellent view.
