I had never eaten in this place before; the food is very good, but the service is terrible. The ladies who work there are inattentive, the place is empty on Mondays, with dusty tables, and they are busy talking among themselves all the time. The gluten-free options are wide, but you have to check that the bread is indeed gluten-free; they forget that along the way. In the end, it was the worst; when paying, a Shakira song played, and they turned it off because in places of this brand, playing music in Spanish is prohibited. NEW YORK BURGER sells burgers in Spain, but they are bothered by Hispanic music? Regrettable.

We were recommended about gluten-free food. It's appreciated that they know their gluten-free products well, without traces, etc. The staff was super friendly. To finish, we asked for a glass and they didn't have it, but they looked for one from another place so we could enjoy our dinner calmly.

It's the second time we've been to this same place and I must say we really like it. The burgers are very good and they also have several gluten-free options, which is much appreciated. This time we tried the tacos as a starter and I must say they are fantastic, the meat is delicious, though in my opinion, they have too much sauce. They have a terrace where you can feel very comfortable. I hope they find a way to offer gluten-free fries as well 🥹

I have primarily been to their location on Recoletos street, and I have never left disappointed. This new location in ParqueSur follows the same line, meaning good hamburgers and good service. In our case, we shared some onion rings and nachos before getting to the hamburgers. We ordered a new item, July 4th, with its juicy meat and a slice of bacon that comes outside the burger. Another one we ordered was the chicken one, Tribeca, which is very good. A place to enjoy a meat festival; by the way, they have gluten-free versions. Highly recommended.
