Starbucks offers a welcoming atmosphere and generally friendly service, ideal for a coffee break. Although the staff usually pays attention to customer requests, they could improve the gluten-free product offerings to better meet the needs of those with dietary restrictions.

My experience at Starbucks was very disappointing. Yesterday I went with a friend to have a coffee and I believe it is essential that the staff pay attention to the instructions that customers give when placing our orders. Many people have dietary restrictions, intolerances, allergies, or simply specific preferences, like ordering decaffeinated drinks or with a certain type of milk. The person who served us at the register took note correctly of how we wanted our drinks. However, when we received the coffees, the employee who prepared and handed them to us, named Sara, served them hot when we had requested them differently. When we mentioned the mistake, instead of offering a friendly solution, she responded in an unprofessional manner and looked at us unpleasantly, making us feel uncomfortable. What is most concerning is the lack of attention to the customer's instructions. These types of oversights can have serious consequences if a person has allergies or specific dietary needs. Customer service should be a priority, and on this occasion, the experience was well below expectations.

The incredible attention from the guy, a good atmosphere. The only thing is that they should add more products for people with celiac disease, gluten-free foods! They only have two items.

Cafeteria in the shopping mall. They had some gluten-free sweet options, in a separate jar from the others and individually wrapped.
