great attention to contamination, very kind staff and top-level food! very honest prices for being in the center of Alicante! I will definitely return before the end of my vacation

Seriously great burger, not to mention it was a gluten free bun (could have passed for non gluten free). I got the Sibarita with goats cheese and caramelised onion. Perfectly balanced cheese, with sweetness of the caramelised onion cutting through the beef flavour. Honestly that onion was the caramelised icing on the burger bun. The burger was high quality beef and was perfectly cooked medium rare. And the cheese was subtle enough that it didn't steal the show but was perfectly complementary to the flavours. The sweet potatoes... Crispy, sweet and a perfect side. The staff were great and friendly to this solo diner. Even took time to explain the gluten free kitchen which was sweet. Definitely not what i expected, Tribeca is a nice burger eatablishment, definitely not like a fast food chain offering which is what i initially thought from first glance at the name. Definitely not of aan up market burger offering. They even have beer on tap and other alcoholic offerings.
