The decline of this place is alarming, the quality of the food has dropped significantly, and the service is terrible. The fact that they frown at you for asking for water and serve you warm glasses is an intolerable lack of respect, when it is a legal right; this should have been more than surpassed by now. It's not worth going back.

Coming twice a month with kids and receiving sour faces for asking for tap water (required by law) is intolerable. Four lukewarm, half-empty glasses reflect the decline of a VIPS that used to be a family reference. They have exchanged kindness for a stingy service that makes us consider not returning; it’s not just about the water, the portions have also changed.

First of all, the waitress Lumy refuses to remove an ingredient from a sandwich due to an intolerance. Her excuse was that it was a new product they have to sell with the "factory" ingredients; the curious thing is that the DAY BEFORE I had the same situation in another restaurant of the same chain, at the C.C. Plenilunio, and they removed the ingredient without any problem. Secondly, there was a lot of disorganization, bringing the main courses before the starters, and when they brought the starter, they got the wrong dish, making me wait even longer for the starter. And to top it off, I heard them give the wrong change to another table, and, unsurprisingly, when I went to pay, they kept 4 cents extra when returning my change. What a coincidence, right? I'm sure if the customer was missing 4 cents, they would claim it. Mistakes can happen everywhere, but the service from one restaurant to another, being the same chain, leaves much to be desired. 0 recommended.

Today we were about to eat, I indicated that I wanted a new sandwich without sundried tomatoes, and they informed me that the dishes cannot be modified because they are already prepared. I explained that I am intolerant to tomatoes and that I am pregnant, so I cannot consume raw food or anything with eggs, and they told me that if my food needs to be made, it won’t come out quickly and will take a long time. It is not the customer's problem that they have the kitchen organized like this with all the plates already assembled. There needs to be a bit more humanity when not everyone can eat the same way, for whatever reason.

I give 3 stars for the food because the gluten-free pancakes are a bit tough and I don’t know if there will be a possibility to change the recipe. Zakia served us, and everything was great. She was attentive to when I needed my drinks refilled and for anything else.

Very bad experience with the breakfast for celiacs, I ordered two toasts with butter and jam and they brought me two mini breads and two mini bowls. I have always gone to other VIPS and they have served me regular toast with homemade jam. We need to have the same amount, just because we are celiacs doesn’t mean we should be given whatever they have first.

The food and atmosphere are good, but if we keep coming almost every Saturday morning for breakfast, it’s because of the staff, specifically a waitress whose name I asked today, Zakia, I hope I’m spelling it right, so I can tell the manager that they have a treasure, and if they seat me in a service area that isn’t hers or on the terrace, I’d prefer to leave. I have allergies and intolerances, and she’s the only one who cares about that and ensures we receive our order all at once. Thank you for your attention and for anticipating our needs when we go, you’re great.

Whenever we come and Zakia is there, she takes care of us phenomenally, it’s a pleasure to visit a place where you are treated so well. The food is also very good and the menu is very varied. Since they are gluten-free, they always take great care.

We had an afternoon snack with our celiac daughter and were very satisfied with the service. Our waitress, Chus, took very good care of us and answered all our questions about their protocols to avoid cross-contamination. Also, they now have more gluten-free options, which is greatly appreciated. We'll be back!

We thought to end a wonderful weekend with gluten-free pancakes at Vips, and it was horrible 😞 We wanted to inform the manager of the dining area, and he told us that of course their pancakes are very good... and with that idea, we came here!! But they haven’t made any effort to find a supplier that is up to their standards; he tells us that nowhere will we find better gluten-free pancakes: Excuse me 😞 yes, they exist and they are of high quality; please strive to provide better service, as well as the treatment, our experience has been disastrous, heavy pancakes, hard while crumbling, with little syrup, etc.
