Very long wait to get a pizza, over 1 hour.... which can't even be called a pizza! Gluten-free is fine but only recommendable to those with Celiac disease.

Really a small oasis for us celiacs. All dishes are gluten-free and they are all delicious, such as the pici with garlic. Moreover, a noteworthy detail, the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

My wife has been diagnosed with celiac disease for about two months and we wanted to try this pizzeria restaurant with the whole family. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the really vast offering. Once you scan the QR code of the menu, you access a very wide variety, especially of pizzas, but the other options are certainly impressive as well. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts. The service is provided by young girls who are always available and smiling. The bill was also a pleasant surprise. Absolutely recommended!!

100% gluten free, wide menu and everything is delicious. I come here often.

Everything was great gluten-free, I am not celiac but I didn't notice the difference.

Wow! Found this place accidentally after searching for a pizza place near our accommodation and then saw the reviews and saw Gluten Free!! Amazing!! The pizza base was incredible!!! So happy to have had a gf pizza. Also, grabbed a cake at the last minute - a chocolate cream & jam swirl looking cake and so glad I did!! So light, so fluffy and soooo tasty!! Yuuum!!! ☺️

Gluten-Free Restaurant. Lunch on December 31st for 2, without reservation. A very fitting name, it seems like a mirage but it truly exists! Initially a bit perplexed (don't be fooled) located in a mostly residential neighborhood, small place with almost homey furnishings but very welcoming. Delicious food, equally great staff. The bread is fantastic, just like the "real" thing! I would improve the menu by narrowing it down a bit, it's really too long. I hope to return, the chef made me want to try all the dishes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

everything gluten-free...everything is good. Be careful of all the intolerances. Wide selection. Too bad about the area..

This was one of the best pizzas we ever had. Dough very thin and crispy. Delicious desert with coffee and ice cream. Pizza dough, desserst, cakes and even beer are all gluten free.I recommend to eat here.

I was here for the first time on Sunday, and I felt comfortable right away. Mrs. Tiziana is a bundle of energy and kindness. The yeast-free pizza is delicious and doesn't feel heavy, the homemade desserts made me feel on top of the world and the prices are much more reasonable than other places I've been to. But where can you find more than 200 types of pizza? Plus, they also have fried pizza! I can't wait to go back. The place is small, suitable for families and couples, very quiet just the way I like it.

Courtesy, hospitality, and absolute goodness. A Sunday lunch to remember! Gluten-free beer (Fedora Saura) among the finest ever tasted (with gluten and without), Tuscan crostini, pici with ostrich, ciaccini. Everything exceptional. Stop in this oasis. It is truly worth it! The exquisite kindness is the perfect backdrop.

In the past years, I have been there numerous times and I had a great impression from the start... It's a small place, although it recently benefited from an expansion, family-run, and the owners are nice and simple. It's suitable for those with celiac issues, the food is really good, and you don't spend too much. I recommend it, also for being a pleasant environment, free of excessive noise. 👍

Great pizzas, but the service leaves much to be desired. Slow and disorganized, a bit pricey, but considering all the gluten-free products, it's understandable.

EVERYTHING gluten-free. They are fantastic. Tiziana, Mauro, Desy, and Giuseppe are the friendliest and nicest. The food is delicious.

This is a certified gluten free restaurant we have eaten here for over 5 years and it never disappoints. We really like the pizzas. For those with food allergies this is a place where you can order as you need no judgement. The menu app allows you to browse while excluding a number of allergens. See photo.

I had lunch today with my boyfriend and our little dog, and we felt at home. We ate from Tuscan appetizers to desserts with cantucci and vin santo, and we couldn't have made a better choice for a restaurant. EVERYTHING IS GLUTEN-FREE, AND IT'S IMPORTANT to emphasize that because someone like me who has celiac needs to feel good while eating and especially to eat well and typical of the place! AND FINDING IT IN REALITY! The guy who welcomed us was very courteous, and the lady in the kitchen was excellent at everything, WONDERFUL PEOPLE... we will return soon! Pasta made by them... Bread... Sauces... go and you will see that you will find yourself very well! Also, honest quality-price ratio. A hug to all travelers!

In recent years, I have been there numerous times and I have had a great impression from the start... It’s a small place, although it has recently benefited from an expansion, family-run with friendly and simple owners, suitable for those with celiac disease, the food is really good and not too expensive... It's a pity that my contacts with them have somewhat ended, I find that in general they could reach out a bit more, returning to our better moments. Aside from this flaw, I recommend it, also for being a pleasant environment, free from excessive noise.

Exceptional New Year's Eve! The venue is truly a little oasis, giving you a sense of intimacy. The welcoming and friendly staff contribute greatly to this, and the owner (Tiziana) is an excellent cook and person. One of the best places in the area, the top for gluten-free.

A unique place! Here everything is gluten-free and everyone can enjoy Tuscan delicacies. We have been there twice: once for the restaurant and the other for the pizzas. I wouldn't know what to recommend because everything deserves it. Finally, a place that allows everyone to eat without problems. Don't be deceived by the less modern location... You absolutely must go there!

A discovery for us, as we were looking for restaurants that could serve celiacs in that area. We were a group of about ten people and we were all very satisfied. Compliments to the managers, who were very kind and helpful.

The place is welcoming, with qualified and friendly staff. The food is very healthy, offering different types of gluten-free flour for the pizza dough and lactose-free mozzarella. Suitable for celiacs but also for vegetarians/vegans. There is also the option to order first and second courses, with choices for those who do not have specific intolerances or diets. Additionally, it is possible to order ostrich meat.
