We chose this café because the menu on the website included the option of gluten-free bread and because we were told over the phone that it was quite possible to make dishes gluten-free. When we were on-site and wanted to confirm while ordering that a gluten-free order would be taken seriously, we were only informed that the café had "a small kitchen" and therefore allergens could not be completely separated. Okay, we could perhaps live with the risk of "traces of gluten." However, when we inquired further, we were informed that bread is not even cut on different cutting boards or toasted in separate toasters. In that case, the option of gluten-free bread on the menu might as well be omitted. It was all the more disappointing that either the person on the phone or the person on-site was not willing to be honest about the conditions. This is disappointing, frustrating, and dangerous for those affected by gluten intolerance. Otherwise, the food was quite okay (for the other group members), and the drinks were delicious. The setting and atmosphere on the terrace were great. The service was otherwise very friendly.

Amazing breakfast and brunch spot! The food was very good, let down slightly by the coffee! Get here early as it gets busy quickly! Gluten free bread was available too!
