Food here is absolutely incredible! 🤤 For anyone with a gluten allergy passing through Hamburg, this place is an absolute must! Spoiler alert: after eating here, everything else you buy that’s labelled “gluten-free” will probably taste like paper. 😂

A wonderful gluten-free find in Hamburg! They offer many different varieties of handmade gluten-free bread, many of which are also oat-free—perfect for people who are sensitive to oats as well. There are also many kinds of rolls, and the selection of milk alternatives for coffee is excellent, including soy milk, which has become so difficult to find now that many cafés have switched to oat milk. The cinnamon-marzipan sticks and the chocolate cake with berries and poppy seeds are delicious too! An amazing gluten free place also for people without gluten sensitivity because of the healthy bread and cakes and the really friendly welcome and service, right in the center of Hamburg.

My bf and i went there on a Saturday afternoon to get gluten free bread! When we arrived there the atmosphere was great and the baker was kind and friendly to explain what they had I highly recommend the Claudia bread it was delicious we bought it. He was kind to offer us tastings and to tell us which ingredients they used. I was not so much a fan of the bread sizes since it was small… but they were tasty! The service was great ! It was expensive but the taste was just right for me! Paying by card is available.

We had breakfast at Gregor’s Superfood on two mornings and absolutely loved it! Everything is gluten-free, which made the experience wonderfully easy and relaxing for us. The bread was delicious, the ingredients tasted fresh, and every dish was beautifully presented — just look at the photos! The food was not only healthy but genuinely tasty and satisfying. A fantastic place for a delicious gluten-free breakfast in Hamburg. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

This was my first time there and I am totally thrilled. I have been living gluten-free since childhood, but I have never eaten such amazing bread. I had my doubts at first because the rolls and breads are so small, but then you can actually eat two of the small rolls. Hats off, I was full after one and a half rolls. I have never tasted such juicy and delicious bread. I can only recommend it, even if it’s a bit more expensive, but the price is justified. Thank you for existing.🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

I ate the gluten-free sheep cheese stick and it was delicious. Furthermore, I find the service and the atmosphere to be very calm and pleasant. A true little feel-good oasis with delicious small gluten-free pastries.

Gregor is very nice. The location is easily accessible. The breads and baking mixes Chia Sam, Max Mandel, and Jamie Lee Pumpkin are extremely delicious. This is the best gluten-free baked goods I have eaten so far. The baking mixes are also very simple to work with, even for beginners. Absolutely recommended.

After some research, I ended up at Gregor’s Superfood in Hamburg, and it was a hit. Just before closing time, I wanted to quickly grab a gluten-free bread and ended up staying much longer than planned. In the end, I was there with a sugar-free hot chocolate, a cinnamon roll, and a still-warm blueberry-apple pastry straight from the oven. Everything is gluten-free, organic, partly Demeter, with very high-quality ingredients, and you can immediately feel how much love is in every detail. On top of that, there's a relaxed, inviting atmosphere and nice conversations with other guests who share a similar awareness of nutrition and quality. A place where you feel comfortable right away. Today, I visited Gregor's Superfood for the first time. My girlfriend said there was wonderfully delicious gluten-free pastry there, which is also absolutely tasty for people without gluten intolerance. We actually just wanted to grab something quickly, but it was so wonderful there that we decided to sit at a table and invited both my fiancée and my girlfriend's mother to join us. The selection was very large, and Gregor told us that he has 70 different bread recipes! Very impressive and very friendly. Since we couldn't decide, we tried the apple pastry with berry filling, the cinnamon stick with raisins, and spirulina rolls. The first bite was a true explosion of flavors; no additives, no sugar, no gluten, but naturally sweet from the berries and the raisins and a purity of taste that surprised me positively—even though I don't have any intolerance; I tasted purity! I liked the spirulina rolls the most, so much so that I took some home with me at the end. I highly recommend eating in such a light atmosphere; gluten-free is not just for people with intolerances; these delicacies must be tried and this experience must be shared. We drank elderflower and grapefruit lemonade with it. And the only thing that bothered me was that there were two or three products that were not purely plant-based, but contained animal products; otherwise, we four were completely satisfied, and we were certainly not there for the last time.

We were just there and took a feta-tomato stick with us. It was really super delicious, whether for people with or without gluten intolerance. We also got to try 2 breads (bread "Laura" and a bread with spirulina) which were also great. The gentleman was very friendly and gave us very nice advice. Thank you very much:)

Delicious bread and buns, I have a gluten intolerance and was very glad we found this bakery on our trip. We also bought a seed bread baking mix and it was super easy to bake, and so lecker! Lovely lady who was serving us spoke English.

By chance, because I no longer work in the area, I rushed past this shop. The sign reading gluten-free is like a magnet for my eyes. A small elongated shop with shelves full of SUPERFOOD magazines and books decorates the wall. It reminds me a lot of an earlier workplace, a raw vegan bubble, with an esoteric flair... but let's see.

#CeliacReviews: This 100% gluten-free bakery is cash only! 💶 Gregor is a gem. He makes a wide variety of healthy breads, including small round "muffins" if you want to try a smaller version first. I especially liked the chia seed muffin and the small chocolate raspberry cake - absolutely delicious 🍰 The espresso was also excellent!
