We arrived at this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing from the start. After sitting down, we waited at least 5-6 minutes before anyone noticed us. When the waiter arrived, he directly asked if we had decided what to order, despite never having been given a menu. Upon our request, he listed 4-5 starters available verbally, and we began to order: a mushroom fettuccine, one with tomato, one gluten-free, a ravioli, and another with artichokes. At that point, we were told, in a rather annoyed tone, that "they couldn't make six different starters otherwise the kitchen would get angry." Frankly, I find it unacceptable for a customer to be limited in choices because the kitchen cannot handle variety. We then compromised by ordering 4 fettuccines with tomato, one with mushrooms, and a ravioli. But even here, the confusion didn't end: the dishes arrived separately over time, despite 4 being the same...making the effort to simplify the order pointless. In summary: slow service, disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking attention to the customer. If a restaurant cannot manage several different dishes, perhaps it should reconsider its offer or internal management. For sure, we won't be returning.

Family lunch, very beautiful place with a nice view of the Abruzzo Apennines, excellent first courses, especially the gluten-free ones, and the second courses, a very good lamb! It is definitely a place to consider.

Certified AIC restaurant. Tonight I enjoyed gluten-free ravioli with asparagus tips. A real delight. Tip: book at least the day before to taste the homemade noglu specialties.

Typical cuisine of the territory, with excellent quality gluten-free preparations. Honest prices: worth a visit!
