In the ideal area if you want to visit the surroundings. The hotel is splendid, immersed in greenery, with gardens and paths leading to the rooms and the main structure. With an electric vehicle, they come to help you with your luggage. You immediately wonder why it is a 3-star. Upon entering the assigned room, you start to understand the wear and tear of time. The rooms have a safe, but no minibar. The organization suffers from a lack of communication between the hotel's departments. We booked stating that one person is celiac and one is vegan. When we arrived for dinner, the kitchen was not informed and obviously had to scramble to accommodate us. The menus are simple, suitable for families, and the portions are good. The room is clean, but again, time has taken its toll. The next day after the change of sheets, you find them clean again because the staff notices stains and/or holes. The same problem with towels, but those are changed every day. The beach, we were told, used to be wider, it has been completely rebuilt, eroded by the sea, and if the hotel is full, the beach locations are very close to one another. There is a small pool ideal for children. Umbrella, sun lounger, and deck chair are included in the price, as well as other services. Despite the shortcomings, due to the beauty of the location and the courtesy of all the staff, I would gladly return.
