The seriousness and experience that I have found in this Hotel are something I encounter every time I have the opportunity to stay there. Always ready to meet the (I admit sometimes many...) needs of the customer. I greatly appreciate the possibility to choose from various types of menus, and the prompt availability to take food intolerances into account. Impeccable reception and bar and dining staff that create the family atmosphere expected in a place surrounded by olive trees and trulli. The rustic evening in the tavern, with wood-fired pizza, was very much appreciated. Good location for visiting the central/southern Puglia and Matera, which we did without wasting too much time on transfers. Highly recommended.

I can say that I have been a customer for several years; I know almost everyone. They are a winning team and have been for more than thirty years. One of the best pizzas in my little town, from classic to gluten-free, cereals for celiacs, and more. What can I say? I'm biased. Enjoy your meal!
