Just a few hundred meters from the Roman Columns of Brindisi, there is this family-run restaurant that has proven to be exceptional from the appetizer to the digestif, especially for its attention to gluten-free (and lactose-free) options. Each dish is carefully crafted from flavor balance to presentation, and the choice of wines to pair with is wide and of high quality. All their desserts are gluten-free, allowing those like me who have a sweet tooth to enjoy cakes, cassata, and almond pasta, which is possible in few other places with such freedom and safety. Finally, the staff is friendly, attentive, and passionate, which, combined with everything else, has created a beautiful atmosphere, truly allowing us to have a wonderful evening. Highly recommended!

Spectacular is an understatement. Very nice location, exceptional staff, all very friendly, always attentive and never intrusive. Everything, and I mean everything, on the menu is available for every type of food intolerance, fantastic choice of fish, dishes that are as beautiful as they are good and abundant just the right amount. Great experts in wine selection, prices are clearly not low but not exaggerated either, considering the quality and everything else, around 40-45 euros per person including wine and dessert is also quite reasonable if you want to enjoy a seafood dinner as it should be. Congratulations to all the staff.

Cozy place, friendly owners who are prepared and very kind. It is possible to try the gluten-free version of EVERYTHING on the menu, everything is delicious. An exciting experience. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. The gluten-free dishes are also excellent, clearly prepared by people who understand celiac disease and not just in a kitchen equipped for the purpose. Generous portions of first courses (after all, we are in Puglia...) and very well presented. Definitely recommended. One last note: it is a wine shop, so the wines are fine and not ordinary; however, the price also reflects certain standards, so be aware of that.

The raw...unforgettable! The cooked...mind-blowing! The gluten-free...unmatched! The wine selection...endless! Mario and Gemma, the owners, are Oscar-worthy! Do I need to add anything else?

Simply superlative lunch. Starting from the location, just a few steps from the port, inside there are few tables, which I prefer, to enjoy meals in absolute tranquility. Friendly and very courteous staff, serving the ladies first and advising us on wines. Cooked and raw appetizers, excellent tempura vegetables, including the sauces, the salmon tartare has a very fresh taste, it ranges a bit through all flavors, with acidic, spicy, and sweet notes, very well balanced overall. The first courses are visually well plated, I ordered a saffron risotto with red shrimp. Intelligent dosing of the ingredients, perfectly creamy, the saffron does not overpower the overall flavor, a fantastic rice. For the second course, I chose a seared tuna on pesto and eggplant mousse. The latter is the key to finding balance in a very unique second dish. We were pleasantly satisfied with everything, and during this COVID emergency, they managed to diligently maintain the minimum protocols. The gluten-free cuisine is a huge plus, there is a lot of quality. In the end, a great restaurant, highly recommended, and I will probably return to eat here.
