Even though I had no booking, the super friendly staff was able to find me a table. So nice to find good quality safe gluten free food (I’m celiac) in the center of Paris, for such a fair price!! Very tasty!

Tucked away near the Jardin du Palais Royal, the very garden where Emily and Mindy sit in Emily in Paris, I came across the cutest little restaurant, Judy. They also offer gluten free options, which is a nice touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. I tried the veggies and eggs and they were absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. But what I really loved was the coconut granola bowl. I took one bowl for takeaway and it was fantastic. Wholesome, perfectly balanced, and indulgent without feeling heavy. The coffee was decent and complemented the meal well. A charming little find in a beautiful part of Paris.

A lovely discovery in Paris, in a quiet little street. We made a reservation but it wasn't really necessary. Food was fantastic and so healthy and fresh. Lovely staff too which is always encouraging.

The place is heaven if you’re looking for gluten-free food and a cosy place centred around healthy eating. The portions are generous and the plates very nicely decorated. The crepe in the « galette du jardin » dish was dry and not very flavourful but the rest of the plate on top of it (pumpkin, feta, mushroom egg salad) compensated for that. The broth was delicious and it felt nourishing. Main cons: The place seems short on staff to manage the customers eating in versus those taking out so the service can be slow. Expect to wait or book a table. When I came (1:30PM on a Sunday) most of the dishes were not available anymore.

A destination for the discerning diner and health conscious traveler seeking a quick, gluten-free breakfast. The space is bright and efficient, and sitting in the window booth made the experience feel both unrushed and comfortable. The deeply green, well-strained celery juice was a sharp start, followed by the chia pudding. Creamy, dairy-free thanks to coconut and almond milk, it was brightened by the inclusion of fresh blueberries. Then came the lox, a plate of smoked salmon layered with sheep's cheese tzatziki, pickled fennel and cucumber, paired with a gluten-free bun that managed to be acceptable. The banana bread french toast was wonderfully not dry, subtly banana flavored, topped with almond butter, fresh strawberries and toasted pumpkin seeds for a delicate, subtle crunch. Judy demonstrated that fresh and nutritious breakfast dining can be achieved without flour.
