Great gluten-free pizza... but TERRIBLE service. Waiting times are insane, especially if there are celiac and non-celiac people in the group. Staff is sometimes rude.

A wide menu for celiacs... my daughter feels pampered there! Supplì, even carbonara style, fries, excellent pizza with very appreciated attention.. thank you thank you thank you

The best chips I've ever eaten🤤🤤super crunchy. The pizza is like Roman style, excellent both gluten-free and regular. The girl who served us is very sweet, courteous, and very helpful. Everything was really good, compliments. Broccoli and sausage gluten-free and flowers and anchovies regular.

Gluten-Free and Non-Experience, Fantastic. Gluten-free fried foods of another level. In the province of Latina, perhaps the only one that allows a complete choice of pizzas, sandwiches, desserts, and beer.

Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. (Jean-Jacques Rousseau) The problem is that the carbonara ordered was neither bitter nor sweet. It was literally liquid, and I was surprised because it took only 55 minutes to prepare it. Furthermore, it was made with "mixed" pasta and overcooked. The poor waitress didn't know how to smile at us anymore while she kept repeating that the dish was coming out. So summarizing: Unacceptable cooking Acceptable service (the waitress did everything she could to ease our wait and the poor quality of the food) The place is nice and welcoming Anyway, I remain very disappointed.

We were at the new location for the first time last night and I want to compliment both the service and the food. I recommend the burgers and the pan, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Their special beer because it's gluten free.

We happened to go there by booking through The Fork, attracted by the photos of the dishes and also by the high discounts, why not. As already mentioned by others, the dishes are very good; personally, I had a fantastic octopus sandwich, and my husband's fried dish wasn't bad at all. The staff was very kind and helpful, really good. The location definitely needs a bit of reworking because it personally lacks a precise identity. The impression is that there used to be a Chinese restaurant, and something was left behind. Unfortunately, the problem arose when it came to the bill, where I noticed that the cover charge had become €5 per person instead of the €2.5 indicated on the menu; when I asked for clarification, I was told it was due to an agreement between the restaurant and The Fork. It's a shame to lose points over such a small issue; it would have sufficed to offer a 30% discount and respect what was written on the menu, or at the very least, for transparency, indicate on the menu that those who book through The Fork pay a doubled cover charge. Additionally, my husband wasn't given the bread with his fried dish, which at the moment didn’t seem important, but when you have to pay €5 for the cover, you notice it. Moreover, the photos and prices on The Fork menu did not match what was presented at the table. I don’t think we will return, simply out of principle.

The pizzas are very good even without gluten, thanks to all the staff.

Best gluten-free ever tried, especially because I've never found this trio of pasta frittatas: Cacio & Pepe, Amatriciana, Carbonara.. Bread with a super light dough and well-stuffed.. excellent!!

As loyal customers of this restaurant for several years, we had high expectations for the new opening, but they were more than exceeded! We found an innovative menu where experimentation and flavor exploration align with the restaurant's key word: QUALITY. Indeed, the gourmet pizzas (in the picture) are spectacular and showcase the creativity of the staff and the extensive study behind every detail: never have we eaten such delicious pizzas, a must-try!!! Furthermore, we must highlight the variety of fried foods, crispy and tasty to the point of not seeming gluten-free. The care for gluten-free cooking is unparalleled, and the pizza dough is extremely digestible… a real delicacy. Kudos to the always kind and helpful waitresses and to the owner Daniel, exceptional and brilliant in his work. We will definitely return to try new tasty dishes on the menu, highly recommended!!!

A pleasant discovery! I learned about this place after searching for a long time for a restaurant that had a menu with gluten-free and lactose-free options. There are so many options and varieties. We tried the mini omelettes, two pizzas, and a tiramisu: everything was delicious! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back again!

Honest review from a celiac: guys, if you are celiac (but also if you are not) you absolutely must come and try their menu. We had the trio of pasta omelets, the pizza, and the dessert, everything was fantastic, especially the pizza, which doesn’t even seem gluten-free because it’s made so well. Important note: they have a completely separate kitchen and oven without contamination, and the staff is trained accordingly, being a certified gluten-free place. Approved, we will come back!😍

Small place, very small, tables stacked on top of each other, excessive heat, waiters in disarray, the menu consists of 2 half pages of "gourmet" pizzas so you have to remember the classics on your own... it smells of cooking and ovens in an indescribable way... it feels suffocating. The pizza is good, but it's not enough to compensate for the filth surrounding it. Ah... the waiters go out to smoke and come back to serve without even washing their hands (documented with video). Indecent. I'm sorry because I was a regular customer at the old pizzeria on Via Isonzo, but here it feels like being in another world. Never again.

I was recommended this place which, fortunately for me, also prepares pizzas (and more) for celiacs. When I went there, about ten days ago, I couldn't believe my eyes... A wide choice of pizzas and treats suitable for me... Not to mention the goodness of what my husband and I consumed!!! I thought I was eating a "normal" pizza. Delicious! The presentation of the very good and unique pasta frittatas offered in 3 different flavors was careful. Very well-kept place. The staff is very helpful and well-mannered. The owners are very kind and knowledgeable, treating us like old regular customers and chatting amiably with us. Prices are adequate to the quality of the ingredients used. We will be back. A place to absolutely recommend.

A small but welcoming place, excellent and well-prepared service. Very friendly staff willing to meet the customer's needs. Various menu options, with choices among first courses, second courses, and pizzas. Great also for people with celiac disease. Among the pizzas, you can choose both classic ones and various gourmet specialties they offer, which are very good. It is easily reachable and has many parking spaces available for free.

Pizza Buona, 2-hour shifts, long fermentation dough. Highly approved. We had a great time, we will definitely return. Very kind owner.

Charming, small, and cozy place. The heat from the electric oven for the pizzas was excessive. The service could be improved, it was cold and at times rude. We ordered a pizza and a chicken cutlet on a bed of arugula. The pizza was not bad, but I can't say the same for the cutlet, which arrived 25 minutes after the pizza, completely lacking the arugula, and was well below average. The bill was good, more than fair, and the place probably focuses more on takeout.

I knew this pizzeria but had never been there. Now, having gluten intolerance issues, I wanted to try it. First of all, an extraordinary cordiality and attention to the customer. I felt understood and can say pampered. The staff was attentive, kind, and very polite. In short, I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, truly from the heart.

Clean and welcoming place, staff kind and attentive to customer needs, as well as the owner... smiling and available from a human perspective.... We had forgotten milk for my nephew and the property was immediately helpful and caring in providing it ❤️ Very good pizza, exceptional carbonara supplì. Wide choice for celiacs too... finally! I will bring my sister, who is celiac, soon ❤️ Congratulations again to all the staff.. We will gladly return and I highly recommend it...

Great for takeout pizza or a dinner out. Simple and good products. They also have gluten-free options, including pizza. Saturday nights are a bit more chaotic. Really excellent pizza and moderate prices.
5
Finally, celiacs can eat at very low prices. The difference is on average 1.50 for gluten-free dishes, and my friends didn’t notice any difference when tasting gluten-free dishes compared to the normal ones marked with little flags. I had an excellent bread, a delicious fried dish that I had given up because it soaks in oil... magically, I ate it and relived the old flavors stored in my mind and palate!!! I hadn't eaten like this in over 25 years. Kudos for the attention and exceptional quality-price ratio. Truly, they are kind, polite, and economical while also being attentive to COVID measures. AIC certified.

I always find friendliness and good food. Quick service and excellent customer care!

I wholeheartedly recommend it. The gluten-free pizza is the best I have ever had in all of Italy, and the cuisine in general is top-notch. There is great care and respect for the customer. The prices are fair. Try the carbonara supplì (also gluten-free). A must-stop for food lovers and especially recommended for those with celiac disease!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend it. The gluten-free pizza is the best I've ever had across Italy, and the cuisine overall is top-notch. There is a lot of care and respect for the customer. The prices are fair. Try the carbonara supplì (also gluten-free). A must-visit for food lovers and especially recommended for those with celiac disease!!!

We come here often because my boyfriend is celiac. Phenomenal gluten-free pizza, for him the best in Latina, low prices compared to the average: we had two gluten-free pizzas, water, dessert for about 17€. Spacious place, if you go in summer I recommend eating outside. I highly recommend making a reservation.

Splendid masterpiece by Mrs. Patrizia and her family, who have managed to consolidate this activity while always maintaining the right balance between food quality and an honest price. Moreover, over time, they have dedicated a very comfortable location to their clients. They have fully earned my ratings (five stars).
5
Takeaway is not bad at all. They make pizza for celiacs as well, good prices for the pizzas.

As always, since I have been a customer for years, the euro does not disappoint... The tagliata is excellent, the pizza, the calzone, and it's really beautiful... You can spend an evening with friends and satisfy all your cravings.... The desserts are also great.
5
In a pleasant environment, welcoming and kind staff, excellent pizza well-cooked, filled in a tasty way with quality ingredients. Worth returning.
5
I have to compliment you, everything was good, just the pizza could use a bit more seasoning. Heavenly desserts, thank you.

Great restaurant, fast service even though it was full, excellent service and very kind. Great kitchen, great pizza. I will return and I recommend it.

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten

Great pizza and appetizers. Here, even those with celiac disease can enjoy a great pizza. Rating 10⭐

Spacious and simple environment, friendly and attentive staff. The pizzas are good and there is an excellent choice of different types of dough. Good attention to gluten-free options and food intolerances. Good prices. Excellent space for groups.
1
Terrible service, we were two couples, two had the regular pizza and the other two had the gluten-free one. The wait between the two dishes was 35 minutes, which is a scandal. You go to a pizzeria to have dinner together, not two at a time. I was there for the first time, but I won't be going back.
3
It is probably popular because they put more effort into gluten-free and lactose-free pizzas. The "normal" pizza does not have any particular elements that stand out... Recommended only if you are just passing through.
5
Courtesy and attention to intolerances I went for dinner, they served us quickly and courteously, with great attention to gluten-free dishes. The pizza is good, the lemon scaloppine delicious. Quality-price ratio is all.
