I was really satisfied with the gluten-free ice cream. Artisanal flavors, creamy and above all delicious, with a really interesting selection even for those who are celiac. I really appreciated the attention dedicated to safety: well-separated ingredients, great care in preparation, and the option to have a gluten-free cone, prepared in a separate environment. The only downside: the cost... €5.50 for a small cone is hard to swallow! But the most important thing is that it doesn't feel like eating a 'gluten-free' ice cream at all: it's simply excellent ice cream, with unique flavors and truly delightful tastes.
