I stayed for two nights with breakfast and dinner. The staff was very knowledgeable about all allergies. Dinner was excellent. The breakfast was a bit lacking, with only a few packaged products.

I spent a short stay at Hotel Aqua and came away truly satisfied. The welcome and courtesy of the staff were excellent: from check‑in to dining service I always found people who were helpful and professional. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after the thermal treatments. The real surprise was the cuisine led by the young chef: creative dishes, well presented and made with fresh ingredients. I appreciated the contemporary pairings that highlight local produce; the menu is varied and attentive to dietary needs, with gluten‑free options handled with care. The dining staff explained the dishes and recommended pairings, making dinner a pleasant and well‑curated experience. The spa and pools live up to expectations: well maintained and easily accessible. The only caveat concerns slight variability among some dishes and, in high season, a price/quality ratio that can feel more demanding; overall, however, the value of the experience remains very positive. I recommend Hotel Aqua to anyone seeking a thermal holiday with a touch of contemporary cuisine and attentive service. I gladly give 5 stars for the hospitality and overall quality.

A part that has been recently updated. In the rooms, the carpeting should be removed as soon as possible. The dinner was greatly appreciated for the variety and quality of the dishes; however, the dessert moment was too neglected — it is unacceptable for guests to handle the cutting of cakes and ice cream on their own. The pool is small with a lot of mold on all surfaces, the sauna is modest, and the steam room is not functioning, which should be the strong point of a thermal hotel. The young staff was appreciated, but there is a lack of a manager to organize them. For the gluten-free guest, the dinner was appreciated, although there were small attentions and considerations missing. The breakfast was disappointing due to the lack of cakes and pastries. We will not return and will not recommend it. The quality-price ratio is too high.
